  • Understand the client needs and culture and adapting to their optimal project management needs.
  • Develop well thought out planning for projects and tasks with input from team members. Project plans should include estimates, iterative milestones, highlight project risks, align delivery with set timelines and budgets, and account for resourcing availability.
  • Successfully execute project plans by exhibiting ownership of task assignments to assigned project personnel, proactively removing blockers, and ensuring alignment of production output with expected milestones.
  • Tracking, managing, and reporting on project budget, scope, and timeline and creating and disseminating project-specific delivery status reports while delivering fixed price, retainer, and T&M projects within expected timelines and budgets.
  • Schedule, collaborate, plan, and run discovery workshops (onsite & remotely) with large groups of client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Significant technical project management experience at the enterprise level
  • Significant experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity and understanding of the WordPress platform and community
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional client experiences
